Energy Efficiency Audit

Detailed Energy Audit (Investment Grade)

Detailed Energy Audit (Investment Grade)

A full energy audit is an investment grade energy audit of facility as whole. It assesses and accounts energy use of all major systems and equipment of a facility and offers the most accurate estimate of energy saving and cost associate. The audit identifies all inefficient energy uses of the facility and provides energy conservation (ENCON) recommendation with cost benefit analysis in the form of comprehensive report. Days- at least 7 days, depending upon the sector and size of industry We advise our community to have full audit once every three year for better health of the facility

Targeted Energy Audit (Investment Grade)

A Targeted Energy Audit is an energy audit of specified target project(s). Targeted audit involves detailed survey of the target subject(s)/system(s) and analysis of energy flows and cost associated with the target(s). An Industry may target its boiler, furnace, lighting system, waste heat recovery system, steam system, HVAC system or any other system (one or more), where it has doubt(s), for through examination of energy performance. The audit will identify the problem, provide energy efficient recommendation and cost benefit analysis for the examined system(s)/equipment(s) in the form of report. Days- at least 4 days, depending upon the number and type of equipment/system The service is beneficial to the industry, if the industry readily knows the area of the problem.

Energy Management Plan

Energy Management Plan

A service related to preparation of periodic plan of action together with facility management for making the facility more energy efficient. It starts from investigating energy system (as in Full Energy Audit) and setting up policy, the baseline, targets, performance indicator for energy efficiency/management. The plan consists of activities related energy conservation measures and capacity development with timeline for implementation and responsibilities of energy management team to attain the set target. It is recommended to have regular monitoring of the energy system and verification of the results annually for setting up new baseline.
